School Summary
Haggar Elementary is located in North Dallas, south of West Plano. Haggar is one of PISD’s larger elementary schools, with an average of nearly 100 students per grade. STAAR scores have remained consistent in recent years, with anywhere between 52%-57% of STAAR scores meeting states standards since 2015’16. Of note, the % of STAAR scores that have shown mastery of grade-level content (far exceeding the basic state standards) have climbed each of the past four years: 25%; 29%; 31%; 33%.
